, we are participating as members of
Aula a la deriva 2012
and the
Plataforma Ateneu Santboià
, and together with
Straddle3
and
Arquitecturas Colectivas
, in the organization of a workshop to install and tune a prefabricated module as a dressing room for the stage of the Summer Track of the Ateneu Santboià.
The negotiations to be able to install the module would deserve an entire entry in this blog, but we will postpone it indefinitely because what we need to do now is congratulate ourselves for having achieved it and invite you all to participate in this day of “bottom-up architecture”, in which we will not only work with screws and drills, but we will also look for a moment to reflect, imagine and propose ways of community recovery and rehabilitation of the Ateneu spaces; an equipment co-managed by a citizen platform and the Sant Boi city council, which has 12,000 m2, of which very few are currently usable.

Although it is not essential to register, you can do so through the eme3 festival organization or by sending us an email, and we will see how many people sign up. Ah! and if you bring your cordless drill to screw, it is greatly appreciated 😉
