The project aims to recover practices and knowledge linked to the Roma people without folklorizing them, but rather updating them in a way that makes sense and is useful to the material and symbolic needs of Roma people today, with baxtalipen (happiness, fortune).
It aims to promote the recognition of these knowledge and practices in the dominant social and institutional context. Hence, it establishes a specific line of work with the formal and non-formal education system. The project’s lines of work are: 1. Critical popular education and 2. Ecofeminism, food sovereignty, and good living.
