
This news makes us a little angry (to understand why, see the previous post). Apparently, the MoMA has an abandoned plot on West 53rd Street in New York, and has invited five teams of architects to demonstrate what they are capable of with some simple prefabricated modules. We greatly fear that this type of architectural experiment can only be carried out in an aestheticized way, renouncing continued use in the medium or long term and only under the protection of a large cultural institution capable of making the investment profitable (or of Construmat).
