On April 16, 17, 23 and 24, we propose a drawing workshop with
Efrén Álvarez
in the physical space of LaFundició.
Efrén, an artist from Barcelona born in 1980, has participated in fanzines and art galleries and art centers, highlighting the exhibition
Económicos
at the
Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía
, or his exhibitions at the
Àngels Barcelona
gallery or the
Sala d’Art Jove
.
The workshop aims to explore and exploit! the powers of drawing as a means of representation. Efrén will propose a series of “exercises” in the workshop, which establish prior conditions whose limits can be tested by the participants:

The garden of sorrows and problems
are some of the “titles” of these exercises.
To participate in the workshop, you only have to contact LaFundició using any of the channels you will find here.
The schedule will be from 6 to 8 p.m. and you must bring your favorite drawing tools (a humble pencil is enough, but you can use anything you want).
To participate in the workshop, we ask for a small contribution of €20 to remunerate Efrén’s work and support the LaFundició space. In return, apart from the experience, you will receive an “official” certificate of attendance to the workshop 😉
