Next Saturdays, June 12 and 19, 2021, we are resuming the adaptation of Les Cabasses, the agroecological and cultural space of LaFundició in the Parc Agrari del Baix Llobregat. During these two days we will learn to build an oven with mud and reused glass containers. The oven will be one of the main resources of the Les Cabasses kitchen, while also serving to heat the building during the winter.
The kitchen will incorporate the agroecological production of the farm, following the seasonal cycles, using the local cultivated varieties, etc., and reflection on the production and transmission of popular and situated knowledge from the kitchen. The workshop days will begin at 10 a.m. and continue until 6 p.m., although you can join at any time.
