However, it is a complex place, where an activity essential for sustaining life is carried out, where knowledge, economic, energy, and symbolic exchanges are transmitted and produced… also crossed by violence that is of a political nature. In short, the kitchen is a complex place in which relationships and ecosocial, cultural, and economic processes occur and participate, about which we can think and intervene in practice to better explain the world around us.

, a space in which not only learn to cook, but also to reflect, intervene in the territory, and weave community ties from the kitchen, gastronomy, and food.
We start next Wednesday, October 7 from 5 to 7 p.m. at
Prado 11
, LaFundició’s space in Bellvitge (c. Prat, 11 bajos, L’Hospitalet) learning how to make carob flour.
