A few days ago, this text from Jordi Martí i Grau, Culture Delegate of the Barcelona City Council, reached us. It was talking about the cultural policies of the council and was published in El País. We received it through the mailing list of the people at Krax, with the subject “Arguments for requesting aid.” And I wonder, is that really all the text is for? Is it possible to do some kind of… ‘critical reading’? Or is it a useless task?
