From April 18 to 20, the
alg-a
collective from Vigo is organizing a workshop, led by
Santiago Cirugeda
and with the collaboration of
Straddle3
and Javier Calo, to tune six prefabricated modules exactly the same as those that will form the future headquarters of the EspaiDer3* association. As we have already explained on occasion, these modules were ceded by the Zaragoza City Council to the architect Santiago Cirugeda, who distributed them among different collectives and organizations that, for one reason or another, wanted to have a self-built and self-managed physical space to carry out various activities and/or as a headquarters and place of work. In the case of alg-a, they will become what they call a Creation Laboratory.
We have already explained many times the enormous difficulties that the installation of the modules has posed for us as a result of the regulations governing the use of public land, and especially that intended for educational activities. It has not been easy for the alg-a collective to find land on which to install its modules, as they explained to us in their
