With Jonàs from l’Hort de l’Eriçó, we saw the different vegetables grown in the garden in an ecological way. Afterwards, we took a walk together and looked at the little birds.
This visit is part of the work process that we are developing with Tallers Bellvitge in Prado 11, LaFundició’s physical space in Bellvitge, with the idea of seeing the ecosystemic, economic and historical connections between the neighborhood and the surroundings of the Llobregat delta. Thus, in the community garden of Prado 11 we have cultivated vegetables and other plants with Tallers Bellvitge, or we have made outings to observe the birds that we can find in the city.
Recently, we visited the community workshop of L’Henbici, one of the social economy entities and projects in the Bellvitge neighborhood. Soon we will visit La Suculenta, a cooperative that participates in the closed circuit of food production and consumption that we are all promoting together in l’Hospitalet.
