{"id":1699,"date":"2025-01-28T10:51:51","date_gmt":"2025-01-28T10:51:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lafundicio.net\/kerasbuti\/?p=1699"},"modified":"2025-01-28T10:52:03","modified_gmt":"2025-01-28T10:52:03","slug":"la-bullidora-fanzines-i-llegums-a-lescola","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lafundicio.net\/kerasbuti\/2025\/01\/28\/la-bullidora-fanzines-i-llegums-a-lescola\/","title":{"rendered":"La Bullidora: fanzines i llegums a l&#8217;escola"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n\n<p><strong>La Bullidora<\/strong> \u00e9s un <strong>projecte d\u2019intercooperaci\u00f3<\/strong> que vol facilitar <strong>aliments de producci\u00f3 local i agroecol\u00f2gics <\/strong>als menjadors escolars que tinguin com a base els <strong>llegums<\/strong>, seguint la recomanaci\u00f3 de l\u2019Ag\u00e8ncia Catalana de la Salut d\u2019incorporar els llegums tres vegades a la setmana.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir d\u2019aquesta premissa, s\u2019han explorat diferents maneres per elaborar una <strong>massa a partir de llegums locals i agroecol\u00f2gics, <\/strong>amb la finalitat de desenvolupar una base per a una massa preelaborada destinada a la restauraci\u00f3 col\u00b7lectiva, com ara els menjadors escolars. Aquesta iniciativa busca facilitar l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 d\u2019aquests preparats a les cuines escolars i promoure la incorporaci\u00f3 de prote\u00efna vegetal als men\u00fas. A m\u00e9s, s\u2019ha dimensionat un possible obrador per a la producci\u00f3 d\u2019aquestes masses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proc\u00e9s experimental va donar com a resultat una<strong> massa feta de mongetes blanques, pipes de girasol i xia<\/strong>; que es pot moldejar en forma d\u2019hamburguesa, mandonguilles, bunyols o farcits, entre d\u2019altres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una part essencial d\u2019aquest projecte ha estat la <strong>sensibilitzaci\u00f3 <\/strong>sobre el<strong> consum de llegums a infants <\/strong>a trav\u00e9s de la creaci\u00f3 d\u2019un <strong>fanzine <\/strong>i la seva representaci\u00f3 en una activitat de <strong>contacontes<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>fanzine \u201cEl Super Cigr\u00f3 i els llegums fant\u00e0stics\u201d<\/strong> il\u00b7lustrat per <strong>l\u2019Aitana Gir\u00e1ldez<\/strong> es va dissenyar i redactar a partir d\u2019un proc\u00e9s participatiu on van col\u00b7laborar 27 infants de prim\u00e0ria de <strong>l\u2019Escola Dovella.<\/strong> Van tastar la massa en forma d\u2019hamburguesa i, durant la jornada,\u00a0 es va establirun di\u00e0leg sobre els llegums i els seus beneficis. La canalla va aportar, de manera oral i amb dibuixos, fragments d\u2019hist\u00f2ries de llegums que es van recollir per esbossar el conte final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El fanzine s\u2019ha repartit a diferents escoles juntament amb una actuaci\u00f3 de la <strong>contacontes Raig de Sol<\/strong>. Acompanyant el fanzine anava incl\u00f2s un <strong>full per a les fam\u00edlies <\/strong>amb informaci\u00f3 relacionada amb el consum de llegums.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery
