Ja siguin trossos de verdures, fulles, pells, restes de carn, vins o fermentacions, aquests poden tornar a la vida i recrear noves receptes.\n\nPer\u00f2, compte, aix\u00f2 no \u00e9s nou, no ho hem inventat nosaltres.\nAquelles que veien com l&#8217;aliment escassejava a les seves fresqueres o rebostos, se les enginyaven com a artistes per aconseguir olles saciants amb les qu\u00e8 alimentar fam\u00edlies senceres.\n<h4>&nbsp;<\/h4>\n<h4>AL PA PA<\/h4>\nEl Pa \u00e9s un aliment base que forma part de moltes dietes, fet que el fa existent en mil formes, colors i elaboracions diferents arreu del m\u00f3n. En aquests tallers compartim un espai, on experimentar, crear i compartir sabers diversos al voltant d&#8217;aquest aliment.
