Comunalitats Urbanes is a program by the Department of Business and Labor of the Government of Catalonia (Generalitat de Catalunya) to boost local economies in neighborhoods and cities, strengthen urban common goods, and promote new mutual aid projects with the support of local residents, businesses, and associations.
