While we chat, we’ll be carding wool from the sheep of Collserola. The collective Tornen les esquelles will show us how to do it. <\/p>\n\n
From Maresme, through Collserola, to Baix Llobregat, as in many other places, livestock activity fulfilled an agro-ecosystemic function around Barcelona. Herds of sheep were integrated into local economies and even into the rhythms and life of the city at certain times of the year. <\/p>\n\n
