Antonio Collados<\/strong> has sent us this link to the minutes of the third meeting<\/a> of the
\n Association of Directors of Contemporary Art of Spain (ADACE)<\/strong>
\n<\/a> held in November 2013<\/strong> at the
\n Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sof\u00eda (MNCARS)<\/strong>
\n<\/a> and which was entitled The museum in the future. Crossroads and deviations <\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n

Invited to participate in the meeting, Antonio organized a text-interview, in which we and the people from the
\n Fundaci\u00f3n Cerezales Antonino y Cinia<\/strong>
\n<\/a> participated, which you can read towards the end of the document and which he titled\u2014not without a polemical intention\u2014: Empty Boxes and Full Squares: new scenarios of cultural production.<\/em><\/span> <\/p>\n

The purpose of this conversation was to reflect on initiatives that, in Antonio’s words: “in various ways, are developing spaces and scenes that I consider significant for thinking about the future of the public artistic institution and its intersections with society<\/em>” and that “may point to eccentric deviations from official cultural policies<\/em> and in which we recognize critical alternatives to traditional modes of cultural organization and production<\/em>” You bet!<\/p>\n
