{"id":5959,"date":"2017-07-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-07-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lafundicio.net\/noticia\/cocer-y-coser-nido-textil-en-el-espacio-fisico-de-lafundicio\/"},"modified":"2017-07-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2017-07-01T00:00:00","slug":"cocer-y-coser-nido-textil-en-el-espacio-fisico-de-lafundicio","status":"publish","type":"noticia","link":"https:\/\/lafundicio.net\/en\/noticia\/cocer-y-coser-nido-textil-en-el-espacio-fisico-de-lafundicio\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8216;Cooking and Sewing&#8217;: Nido Textil in LaFundici\u00f3&#8217;s Physical Space"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lafundicio.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Cartel_Dani.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2948 aligncenter\" src=\"..\/wp-content\/uploads\/_imported\/3_1656614395.jpg\" alt=\"Cartel_Dani\" width=\"400\" height=\"566\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>During this <g id=\"gid_0\">July<\/g>, we will have very special guests in LaFundici\u00f3&#8217;s physical space: the Chilean collective <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nidotextil.com\"><br \/>\n  <strong>Nido Textil<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/a> is visiting us, represented by <strong>Daniela Pizarro<\/strong>, one of its members, who will be developing a work process throughout the month that combines sewing, cooking, and horticulture, placing them in the context of <strong>Bellvitge<\/strong>; thus, we will pay attention to the plants in our recently arranged <strong>community garden-orchard<\/strong> in the Prado 11 flowerbed, as well as the plants and ecosystems of <strong>Cal Trabal<\/strong>, the last agricultural area of <strong>L&#8217;Hospitalet<\/strong>, currently threatened by urban development plans.   &nbsp;To be able to think, imagine, and share popular knowledge about plants and the rural past and present of Bellvitge, we will use sewing and cooking.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lafundicio.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/nido-840x560.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2949 aligncenter\" src=\"..\/wp-content\/uploads\/_imported\/3_1_1656614395.jpg\" alt=\"nido-840x560\" width=\"354\" height=\"236\"><\/a>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/lafundicio.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Parterre.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2950 aligncenter\" src=\"..\/wp-content\/uploads\/_imported\/3_2_1656614395.jpg\" alt=\"Parterre\" width=\"354\" height=\"236\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of the month<\/strong> we will be with Daniela in the space working on this process with neighbors, friends, acquaintances, and visitors. We will be reporting promptly on the development of the process and the specific actions that we will be proposing. <\/p>\n<p>Next&nbsp;<strong>Wednesday, July 5<\/strong> at 7:00 PM we will inaugurate an exhibition of textile works made by Nido Textil in Chile in collaboration with various collectives, while presenting their proposal for the LaFundici\u00f3 space.
