{"id":5950,"date":"2017-09-11T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-09-11T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lafundicio.net\/noticia\/estreno-del-proyecto-documental-recetario-de-diarios-de-guerra\/"},"modified":"2017-09-11T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2017-09-11T00:00:00","slug":"estreno-del-proyecto-documental-recetario-de-diarios-de-guerra","status":"publish","type":"noticia","link":"https:\/\/lafundicio.net\/en\/noticia\/estreno-del-proyecto-documental-recetario-de-diarios-de-guerra\/","title":{"rendered":"Premiere of the Documentary Project &#8216;Recetario&#8217; by Diarios De Guerra"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lafundicio.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Afiche-Recetario.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3007 aligncenter\" src=\"..\/wp-content\/uploads\/_imported\/8_1656614398.jpg\" alt=\"Recetario Poster\" width=\"450\" height=\"575\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Next <strong>Thursday, September 14th<\/strong>, will be the grand premiere of <em><br \/>\n  <strong>Recetario<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/em>, an audiovisual and editorial documentary project promoted by the Chilean collective <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/somosdiariosdeguerra\/\"><br \/>\n  <strong>Diarios de Guerra<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/a>, residing in the physical space of LaFundici\u00f3 during these summer months.<\/p>\n<p><em><br \/>\n  <strong>Recetario<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/em> or <em><br \/>\n  <strong>The origin of the saying<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/em> <strong>where 3 eat, 4 eat<\/strong><em>&nbsp;<\/em>is a recipe book in video documentary and fanzine format that brings together recipes shared by neighbors of <strong>Bellvitge<\/strong> and the <strong>blocks of La Florida<\/strong>, two of the neighborhoods of <strong>L&#8217;Hospitalet<\/strong> in which we promote community cultural processes and collective creation.<\/p>\n<p>The recipes are part of a popular and free knowledge, not subject to the tyranny of authorship, which can be appropriated and modified by anyone. As is known: each recipe has countless variants, as many as people, communities, places and circumstances condition its preparation. The slow time of cooking lends itself to conversation, and during the recording of the recipes conversations appear about individual life stories and collective accounts.
