During these two days we will learn to build an oven with mud and reused glass containers. The oven will be one of the main resources of the Les Cabasses kitchen, while also serving to heat the building during the winter.  <\/p>\n<p>The kitchen will incorporate the agroecological production of the farm, following the seasonal cycles, using the local cultivated varieties, etc., and reflection on the production and transmission of popular and situated knowledge from the kitchen.
