\n<\/a>, we continue with the documentary film series. 
\n The city won, the city<\/strong>
\n lost<\/strong>
\n<\/em>. We will screen the film  
\n

\n<\/em>
\n ours (urban aesthetics)<\/a>
\n<\/strong>, filmed by Tino Calabuig<\/strong> and Miguel \u00c1ngel C\u00f3ndor<\/strong> in 1974.<\/p>\n

The film shows the processes of neighborhood struggle to achieve improvements in the living conditions of the residents of the neighborhoods of Orcasitas<\/strong>, Pozo del T\u00edo Raimundo<\/strong> and Barrio del Pilar<\/strong>, neighborhoods built on the periphery of Madrid<\/strong> in the late 60s and early 70s. These neighborhoods share a very similar story to that of  Bellvitge<\/strong>, so we hope that the discussion after the screening of the film can help us reflect on that historical moment when the democratic transition began, and on the evolution of our neighborhoods and social and neighborhood movements from the end of the Franco dictatorship to the present day.<\/p>\n

We will be joined in the discussion by Anna Royo<\/strong>, activist, and the members of the
\n Obserbatori Metropolit\u00e0 de Barcelona<\/strong>
\n<\/a> \u00c1ngela Garc\u00eda Bernardos<\/strong> and Rub\u00e9n Mart\u00ednez.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n
