Intersections between art and education&#8217;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/lafundicio.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/AULA_cartell_web_ok.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1136\" title=\"AULA_cartell_web_ok\" src=\"..\/wp-content\/uploads\/_imported\/34_1656614247.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"475\" height=\"671\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Next week -on <strong>October 19 and 20<\/strong> <strong>, 2012<\/strong>&#8211; we will be in <strong>Amposta<\/strong>, specifically at <a title=\"<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lopati.cat\/ca\/\">Lo Pati<\/a>&#8221; href=&#8221;http:\/\/www.lopati.cat\/ca\/&#8221; target=&#8221;_blank&#8221; rel=&#8221;noopener&#8221;><br \/>\n  <strong>Lo Pati, Centre d&#8217;Art Terres de l&#8217;Ebre<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/a> participating in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lopati.cat\/es\/actividades\/talleres\/jornades-dart-i-educacio-laula-al-pati\/42\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><br \/>\n  <em><br \/>\n    <strong>Art and Education Conference: L&#8217;Aula al Pati<\/strong><br \/>\n  <\/em><br \/>\n<\/a> with <strong>Ram\u00f3n Parram\u00f3n<\/strong>, <strong>Marta Ricard<\/strong>, <strong>Jordi Canudas<\/strong> and <strong>Victoria Rodr\u00edguez &amp; Natalia del R\u00edo L\u00f3pez<\/strong> from the (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.museoreinasofia.es\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><br \/>\n  <strong>Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sof\u00eda<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><em><br \/>\n  <strong>L&#8217;Aula al Pati<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/em> defines itself as a project that emerges from the intersection between art and education, an approach that, from the outset, we find <a title=\"<a href=\"https:\/\/lafundicio.net\/en\/projecte\/kilombo\/group-84-2-2\/\">How it works<\/a>&#8221; href=&#8221;https:\/\/lafundicio.net\/?page_id=48&#8243; target=&#8221;_blank&#8221; rel=&#8221;noopener&#8221;>related<\/a>. In the case of Lo Pati, this approach translates into &#8220;<em>the exchange and collaboration between the center and the formal, non-formal and informal educational and training centers and spaces of the Terres de l&#8217;Ebre<\/em>&#8221; and aims to establish itself in the territory as a meeting point between institutions and agents in the fields of art and education. <\/p>\n<p>The format of the conference seems interesting to us because, in addition to the two panels of presentations of experiences and debate, it proposes a session (on Saturday afternoon) of group work during which the guests -as is our case- will be able to learn about the concerns and experience of the conference attendees, discuss the presentations and even think about possible collaborations.<\/p>\n<p>We were surprised to see that the two presentation tables are divided into &#8220;<em>Artistic practices in the classroom<\/em>&#8221; and &#8220;<em>Artistic practices outside the classroom<\/em>.&#8221; Perhaps this division responds to pragmatic issues and aims to provide a spatial reference or coordinates that help the conference attendees to locate themselves; however, it seems to us that in some way it contradicts one of the main objectives of many of the practices that are presented -and we would dare to say of the conference itself-, which is precisely to break that dialectic inside\/outside the classroom: we start from the basis that educational processes must be situated in specific social and cultural contexts and that the educational institution, the agents that participate in it (in a &nbsp;special way the students themselves) and the knowledge they build collectively, must play a significant role in the public sphere. Although this thing about titles is sometimes a bit of a sideburn (at least in our case&#8230;) our presentation is entitled <strong><br \/>\n  <em>In between and through the school and the museum<\/em><br \/>\n<\/strong>, so it seems to us that it must have been difficult for the organizers to decide whether it should be included in the table inside or outside the classroom \ud83d\ude1b <\/p>\n<p><em>L&#8217;Aula al Pati<\/em> is a project directed by <a title=\"<a href=\"http:\/\/www.alfredporrespla.org\/\">Alfred Porres<\/a>&#8221; href=&#8221;http:\/\/www.alfredporrespla.org\/&#8221; target=&#8221;_blank&#8221; rel=&#8221;noopener&#8221;><br \/>\n  <strong>Alfred Porres<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/a> in collaboration with  <a href=\"http:\/\/acvic.org\/index.php?option=com_content&amp;view=category&amp;layout=blog&amp;id=127&amp;Itemid=154\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/acvic.org\/index.php?option=com_content&amp;view=category&amp;layout=blog&amp;id=127&amp;Itemid=154\">Quam 2012, Mechanisms of Porosity. Art, education and territory<\/a> <\/strong><\/em><\/a>, which is a project promoted by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.acvic.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><br \/>\n  <strong>ACVic Centre d&#8217;Arts Contempor\u00e0nies<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/a> and that took place last weekend.
