This Friday<\/strong>, 3rd<\/strong> of<\/strong> October<\/strong> at 8 PM<\/strong>, the exhibition opens at
\n L’Estruch<\/a>
\n<\/strong> in Sabadell<\/strong> Intensities. Inconformism, incorrectness, and rebellion between art and the music scene <\/a><\/em><\/strong>, curated by
\n David G. Torres<\/a>
\n<\/strong> for the
\n Office of Artistic Diffusion<\/a>
\n<\/strong> of the Barcelona Provincial Council<\/strong>. After having visited the rooms of Torre<\/strong> Muntadas<\/strong> and Can<\/strong> Palauet<\/strong> in El Prat<\/strong> and Matar\u00f3<\/strong> respectively, its tour<\/em> continues through the province of Barcelona<\/strong>, then the tour will continue through Ripollet<\/strong>, Terrassa<\/strong>, Cerdanyola del Vall\u00e9s<\/strong>… and so on until the beginning of 2010. After the wonderful experience in Matar\u00f3<\/strong> with the album<\/a> by
\n
\n Intensities Records<\/a>
\n <\/em>
\n<\/strong>, we hope that new projects and collaborations will arise.<\/p>\n

Speaking of relationships between art and the music scene, it is more than appropriate to mention the exhibition that David Armengol<\/g> revealed to us a few days ago in
\n A-Desk<\/g>
\n<\/g> and that illustrates this entry:
\n Sonic Youth etc.: Sensational Fix<\/g>
\n<\/g> is an exhibition curated by Roland Groenenboom<\/g> “with and about”
\n Sonic Youth<\/g>
\n<\/g>, a band that has a prominent representation in Intensities<\/em> due to its close relationship with the art scene and its collaborations with artists such as Mike Kelly<\/strong>, Raymond<\/strong> Pettibon<\/strong>, Tony<\/strong> Ousler<\/strong> or Richard<\/strong> Prince<\/strong>. Best of all, the exhibition will travel to the
\n Huarte<\/a>
\n<\/strong> contemporary art center in Navarra<\/strong>, which is a little closer to home than the
\n Museion<\/a>
\n<\/strong> in Bolzano<\/strong>, where it premieres on 11<\/strong> de<\/strong> October<\/strong>. <\/p>\n
