A few days ago, <g id=\"gid_2\">this article<\/g> appeared in the <g id=\"gid_3\">Wall Street Journal<\/g> as a result of the participation of many of them in one of the upcoming exhibitions of the recently re-inaugurated and ghostly <g id=\"gid_4\">New Museum<\/g> in <g id=\"gid_5\">New York<\/g>. The exhibition, entitled <em><br \/>\n  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.newmuseum.org\/exhibitions\/7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Montage: Unmonumental Online<\/a><br \/>\n<\/em>, is curated by <a href=\"http:\/\/rhizome.org\/profile.php?1040981\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lauren Cornell<\/a> (who also organized the online group show <em><br \/>\n  <a href=\"http:\/\/rhizome.org\/events\/timeshares\/professionalsurfer.php\">Professional Surfer<\/a><br \/>\n<\/em>) and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marisaolson.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Marisa Olson<\/a>, both members of <a href=\"http:\/\/rhizome.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rhizome<\/a>, an organization affiliated with the New Museum to carry out the <em>media art<\/em> program.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">The article mentions many of the most active artists, groups and websites in this whole scene, including Marisa Olson herself, who tells the journalist <a href=\"http:\/\/www.andrewlavallee.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Andrew LaVallee<\/a>  the following: &#8220;<em>You might think that the contemporary art world is up to date with all this, but it isn&#8217;t (yet).<\/em>&#8220;.
