It was talking about the cultural policies of the council and was published in El Pa\u00eds. We received it through the mailing list of the people at <a href=\"http:\/\/krax.typepad.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Krax<\/a>, with the subject &#8220;Arguments for requesting aid.&#8221; And I wonder, is that really all the text is for? Is it possible to do some kind of&#8230; &#8216;critical reading&#8217;?
