It&#8217;s great to see that cultural proposals that are practically self-managed and not at all accommodating (not to say not friendly) can still consolidate in Barcelona: the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ozonokids.com\/festival03.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cap Sembrat<\/a> festival reaches its third edition. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">In this edition <a href=\"http:\/\/www.myspace.com\/arnau\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Arnau Sala<\/a> ( <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ozonokids.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ozono Kids<\/a>) has joined his hyperproductive forces with those of  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lullcec.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">L&#8217;Ull Cec<\/a>  to form a top-notch line-up in which, as a novelty, we find projections of the most attractive audiovisual materials; the program on the 20th dedicated to the collective &#8221; <a href=\"http:\/\/magiclanterncinema.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Magic Lantern Cinema<\/a>&#8220;, known for their participation in  <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Fort_Thunder\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fort Thunder<\/a>, the most curious thing is that this program is partly supported by the  <em>Rhode Island State Council on the Arts<\/em>, which makes one think about how the most radically countercultural phenomena are integrated (co-opted or not) into the gears of cultural production in contemporary cities&#8230; but this is a fixation of mine and is irrelevant.
