\n<\/strong>, que compta amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 i el suport del
\n MACBA<\/strong>
\n<\/a> (cosa que molta gent sembla assumir amb absoluta naturalitat, com si fos la cosa m\u00e9s normal del m\u00f3n…).<\/p>\n

La idea de la crida va sorgir, com s’explica en el text complet de presentaci\u00f3 que copiem despr\u00e9s del Continue reading<\/em> directament des del lloc web de la Universitat N\u00f2mada, durant una altra trobada que va tenir lloc el passat mes de juny al centre social
\n Rog<\/a>
\n<\/strong> de Ljubljana<\/strong>; i es proposa una tercera edici\u00f3 durant la primavera, a celebrar-se a Roma<\/strong>, i en la qual es vol discutir sobre les “xarxes
\n d’autoformaci\u00f3 i l’emerg\u00e8ncia d’universitats lliures”.<\/span>
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

“Network is Coming.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Els centres socials \u2014en les seves diferents formes i declinacions\u2014 han estat en els \u00faltims vint anys una de les paraules comunes m\u00e9s significatives del moviment aut\u00f2nom a tot Europa. El fil roig connectant m\u00faltiples experi\u00e8ncies de nord a sud, d’est a oest ha representat la constituci\u00f3 d’espais autogestionats \u2014per la cultura, els drets i la socialitzaci\u00f3\u2014 com a contrapoders pol\u00edtics capa\u00e7os de desafiar l’hegemonia de l’estat, dels partits i del mercat. Des dels anys 80, el dret a l’habitatge, les cultures underground i les pol\u00edtiques anti-jer\u00e0rquiques han estat els majors focus d’aquests espais i els han portat a barrejar les contramem\u00f2ries que assetgen Europa i a experimentar nous camps de batalla pels drets socials i urbans, per l’emancipaci\u00f3 i l’expressi\u00f3 pol\u00edtica des de baix. <\/p>\n

Les xarxes a nivell europeu han estat creixent en els \u00faltims anys, permetent el desenvolupament de l\u00e8xics comuns, estrat\u00e8gies militants, intercanvi i cr\u00edtiques constructives, a m\u00e9s d’una coordinaci\u00f3 translocal d’iniciatives per a una coordinaci\u00f3 aut\u00f2noma de lluites a escala global. La combinaci\u00f3 i composici\u00f3 de la difer\u00e8ncia, l’habilitat de traduir experi\u00e8ncies d’un lloc a un altre i el respecte mutu han possibilitat la constituci\u00f3 d’enlla\u00e7os permanents i aliances entre experi\u00e8ncies i tamb\u00e9 la constituci\u00f3 (virtual i no virtual) d’espais de coordinaci\u00f3 amb geometries variables de participaci\u00f3. <\/p>\n

Partint d’aquesta estratificaci\u00f3 d’experi\u00e8ncies, els projectes de centres socials emergents estan experimentant profundes mutacions, noves formes d’actuar en l’espai urb\u00e0. La metr\u00f2polis \u00e9s avui un laboratori per a noves tipologies de centres socials: com a universitats embrion\u00e0ries de treballadors cognitius en el marc emergent de la producci\u00f3 de coneixement, com a prototips naixents de biosindicalisme social en el nou marc del treball precari, no nom\u00e9s per a l’autodefensa sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 per reclamar nous drets socials i urbans a la ciutat postcolonial i postindustrial; i finalment com a processos aut\u00f2noms intentant configurar noves formes d’organitzaci\u00f3 cooperativa capa\u00e7 de fer com\u00fa l’excedent subjectiu i capa\u00e7 de resistir l’expropiaci\u00f3 i espoliaci\u00f3 en la composici\u00f3 contempor\u00e0nia del treball viu. <\/p>\n

En aquest marc, diversos centres socials es van reunir el passat mes de juny a Ljubljana \u2014al centre social Rog\u2014 per a una articulaci\u00f3 preliminar d’una xarxa entre aquestes noves experi\u00e8ncies. En la trobada de Ljubljana, m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de la connexi\u00f3 i l’intercanvi, vam sentir la necessitat d’obrir espais per a la discussi\u00f3 col\u00b7lectiva d’algunes q\u00fcestions. \u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que vam decidir organitzar dues trobades per continuar avan\u00e7ant sobre les q\u00fcestions que es van discutir. <\/p>\n

En la primera trobada, organitzada per Exit-Bcn i l’Ateneu Candela a principis de gener de 2009, discutirem noves formes de sindicalisme en el marc europeu, i les estrat\u00e8gies dels projectes aut\u00f2noms per als recursos i la recaptaci\u00f3 de fons. En la segona trobada \u2014la proposta \u00e9s realitzar-la la primavera de 2009 a Roma\u2014 discutirem xarxes d’autoformaci\u00f3 i l’emerg\u00e8ncia d’universitats lliures. Finalment ser\u00e0 l’espai per discutir i inventar perspectives per al treball en xarxa i formes de xarxa de cooperaci\u00f3 entre espais aut\u00f2noms. <\/p>\n

CALL FOR A EUROPEAN CONFERENCE OF SOCIAL CENTERS BARCELONA\/TERRASSA, 2009, January 8-10. Network is Coming. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Social centers – in their different forms and declinations – have been in the last twenty years one of the most significant common words in autonomous movements all over Europe. The fil rouge connecting several experiences from North to South, from East to West has been the constitution of self managed spaces – for culture, rights and socialization – as political counterpowers able to challenge the hegemony of the State, of the Parties, of the Market. Since the 1980s housing rights, underground cultures, anti-hierarchical politics have been the major focuses of these spaces and led them to crisscross the counter-memories haunting Europe and to experiment new fields of struggle for social and urban rights, for emancipation and political expression from below. <\/p>\n

Networks on an european level have been rising through the last years, allowing the development of common lexicons, shared strategies, interchange and constructive critique as well as translocal coordination of initiatives for autonomous coordination of struggles on an international scale. The combination and composition of difference, the ability to translate experiences from one place to another and the mutual respect made possible both the constitution of permanent links and alliances between experiences and also the constitution of (virtual and non-virtual) spaces of coordination with variable geometries of participation. <\/p>\n

Starting from this stratification of experiences, the emerging projects of social centres are experimenting deep mutations, new forms of acting in the urban space. Metropolis is today a laboratory for new typologies of social centres: as embryonic universities of cognitive workers in the emerging framework of the production of knowledge, as nascent prototypes of social unionism in the new framework of precarious labour, not only for self-defence but also for demanding new social and urban rights in the postcolonial and post-industrial city; finally as autonomous processes trying to configure new forms of cooperative organization able to make common the subjective surplus and able to resist expropriation and exploitation in the contemporary composition of living labour. <\/p>\n

In this framework, several social centres met last June in Ljubljana – in Social Centre Rog \u2013 for a preliminary articulation of a networking among these new experiences. In Ljubljana meeting, beyond the connection and interchange, we feel the need to open spaces for collective discussion on some issues. This is why we decided to organize two open meeting on these topics. <\/p>\n

The first meeting, organized by Exit-Bcn and Ateneu Candela in the beginning of January 2009, will discuss new forms of unionism in the european framework, and the strategies for resources and fundraising of autonomous projects. The second meeting \u2013 the proposal is to realize it in Rome in Spring 2009 \u2013 will discuss networks of self-formation and the emergence of free universities. Finally it will be the place to discuss and invent perspective for networking and net-forms of cooperation among autonomous spaces. <\/p>\n

This is why we call for a Metting in Barcelona\/Terrassa \u2013 on the 8th, 9th and 10th of January 2009. It will be divided in two parts: in the first days \u2013 in Barcelona – various panels will introduce a discussion on new forms of unionism with particular attention to citizenship, informal and precarious labour, cognitive production. The second part \u2013 in Terrasa on the 10th – will be for sharing experiences and discuss a first proposal about \u201calter\u201d erasmus; the european production of spaces for self-education; the role of social centers as metropolitan tools of conflict, in the european framework and in the scene of global crisis. <\/p>\n
